Kustom HV 65 Hybrid Guitar Amplifier

Kustom’s High Voltage HV Series generates the authentic tone and responsive touch of classic tube amplification but with less weight and a lower price than all-tube designs. The key is an exclusive new Kustom preamp that combines a 12AX7 vacuum tube -- known for its robust tonal qualities -- with solid-state components that provide consistency and reliability.
To maximize the tube’s dynamic range, the circuit operates at high voltages, thus the name. Kustom HV models utilize two channels each with Gain and Master Volume controls.
This Dual Master system provides natural tube overdrive and compression on either channel.
The speaker-emulated Direct Out and variable, foot-switch triggered Volume Boost (HV65/HV100) are borrowed from the award-winning Kustom Coupe amplifier. The icing on the cake is the 24-Bit Digital Multi-Effects System. It provides 16 hi-fidelity, semi-programmable effects with Toggle/Tap functions for each effect.
