Luna Fantasie Mid Summer Nights Eve Acoustic Guitar $429.99

Luna Midsummer Nights Eve

With its unexpected and fanciful reproduction of Edward Robert Hughes faerie gazing upon the glowing lights of a tiny group gathered around her, the Midsummer Nights Eve guitar makes an unforgettable appearance (for maximum appeal, the artwork appears on both front and back). The instruments downsized jumbo cutaway body pairs a select spruce top with mahogany back and sides for a smooth sound thats as captivating as the images framing the sound hole and bridge. A piezo pickup with 3-band equalizer gives players the option of acoustic or electric performance, and Luna Guitars trademark inlaid moon phase fret markers perfectly punctuate the rosewood fingerboard. Midsummer Nights Eve is as enchanting to play as it is to behold.

About Edward Robert Hughes (1849-1914)
Also influenced by the Pre-Raphaelites his uncle was the Pre-Raphaelite painter Arthur Hughes Edward, Robert Hughes was a painter of portraits and themes derived from literature. Popular in Germany and Austria, as well as in his native Britain, his works often were tinged with an element of mysticism, and he was known for meticulous attention to detail.
